John McDonnell, Founder
John McDonnell brings a diverse knowledge of corporate and small business to Travel Consulting Partners Inc. From owning his own restaurant to structuring mortgage finance transactions, John's experience translates into the ability to communicate with any client. Having owned his own restaurant for five years, John understands that clients want and deserve a quality product and a timely and efficient delivery. As an entrepreneur and small business owner, John has an in depth knowledge of operations and values a streamlined approach.
Seven years in commercial and residential finance gave John a clear understanding of profitability and his focus at Travel Consulting Partners Inc. is to maximize your value while minimizing your expense. The fast paced financial industry also instilled in John a reverence for deadlines and that serves him well as he gets you to your travel destination of choice.
John discovered his passion for the travel industry while serving as an account executive at a North Carolina hotel, where he was able to develop local, regional and national accounts very quickly. It was during his time in this position that John discovered that providing a superior customer experience was his calling. He chose to open his own firm so that he could create that experience for clients all over the world. Travel Consulting Partners Inc. reflects John's commitment to superior customer service as well as his passion for community via a charitable giving program.
John specializes in corporate, sports team and group travel and considers each of his clients a partner. He believes in building relationships and honoring commitments. Knowing he exceeded his clients' highest expectations at the end of the day lets John go to bed with a smile on his face.
Scott Reidenbach, Managing Partner
Scott Reidenbach holds an MBA degree from the University of Chicago and began his career as a strategic management consultant. After five years of extensive traveling and intensive business consulting, he and his wife, Nancy Reidenbach, purchased a travel agency in the San Francisco Bay area. Over the next 10 years, they grew the operation to include three other locations, 40+ consultants and $15 million in annual sales.
During his 25 years of travel industry experience, Scott has focused on corporate travel management, custom groups and association travel. In addition, he has extensive experience working with youth sports team travel and youth performing arts programs at the Disney Resorts in Florida. He has led teams responsible for managing 10,000+ room events and negotiated airline contracts for 1,000 person groups both domestically and internationally.
Personally, Scott loves to travel and especially enjoys cruising, all inclusive resorts and golf vacations. Besides having visited nearly every state inthe U.S., he has extensive knowledge of the Caribbean, Europe, Mexico and Canada.
Nancy Reidenbach, Managing Partner
Nancy Reidenbach is a 30 year veteran of the travel services business. She got her start at Eastern Airlines while still in college. From there, she learned all aspects of the business and leisure sides of the travel industry by working in numerous travel agency roles. In 1988, Nancy and her husband, Scott Reidenbach purchased a travel agency in the San Francisco Bay area, which they grew to many times its original size over the next 10 years.
Nancy is an expert in assisting clients with groups,meetings and airline negotiations – both domestically and internationally. She is adept at using technology to find thebest fares and schedules and is committed to going the “extra mile” for her numerous loyal clients. Highlights of her career include successfully leading a multi-state travel agency operation,managing a staff of 40+ consultants and earning the respect of suppliers and competitors by maintaining high ethical standards. Nancy welcomes the opportunity to get to know and develop long term relationshipswith new clients who value her personal attention and service.
